About Us

Our traditional butchers supplies and produces the finest quality meats and meat based products. Many of these products are created within the premises itself, utilising traditional techniques and practices. We have won multiple awards for our sausages, black pudding and our latest achievement is winning a 2019 Smithfield Award for our Huntsman Pie. We also make other pies, including steak and kidney, turkey and mushroom,  minced beef and onion and of course, pork pies. 

We make all of our own award-winning sausages, which include traditional pork, caramelised onion, garlic, tomato and venison, to name a few. We also cure our own bacon and all of our cooked meats are prepared and cooked on the premises. 

We only source locally for all our meats. Whilst our Lamb and Beef is from a traditional livestock market, we stock our Pork and Chicken from Packington Free Range.

We prepare different dishes on a daily basis. This includes meals such as Beef Bourguignon, Chicken Casserole, Lamb beaujolais.
