FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. I need to add to my order can I do that?

A. Simply place another order ensuring you use the same name and address (in-case another member of your family placed the initial order) then when collecting please ensure you notify the member of staff you have multiple orders as our system won’t link the orders to become one.

Q. I cant remember what date I’ve put down for collection of my order?

A. When placing your order on the website you will have received a confirmation email on completion of the order which will state the collection date and time.

Q. On my chosen collection date do I have to collect my order at a specific time?

A. When placing the order a time slot will of been issued but if you can’t make it there’s no need to contact us unless you need to change the collection day of your order.

Q. I’ve ordered my main Christmas meat but not sure if I need anything else will I be able to shop as normal when I collect my ordered meat?

A. Yes! The shop will be open (see opening hours above) with plenty of stock! If there was anything from this brochure you wanted to guarantee then we advise ordering it in advance. The shop will have lots of cheese, condiments, pork pies and little bits you may have forgotten. Don’t forget all pre-paid/ordered Christmas items will be collected from the collection point (which will be sign-posted) not through the main shop. This will mean the shop is quieter on the 23/24th to allow you to pick up any items you need easily!

Q. Once I’ve got my order where should I put it?

A. Simply, the fridge. We don’t advise keeping any of our meat/poultry in the garage, greenhouse or outside the back door even if it is freezing outside. So make some space in advance of collection, even if it does mean relegating some booze to the great out-doors.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• No orders will be processed until full payment has been received. All weights and serving sizes are a guide and not exact.

• Pricing is correct at the time of printing, we reserve the right to alter any prices as needed in line with last minute increases from suppliers.

• Photos displayed are for advertising purposes only and not an exact representation of our products.

Cancellations – 

Between 1st & 10th December 50% refund will be available (minus a small admin fee of £2.50). 

After 10th December no refunds will be available as our stock is all ordered and paid for after that date.

Amendments can be made in store only and only until 3pm, 9th December, if amendments require a refund they will incur the above admin fee.

Should the product you have ordered become unavailable we will contact you with a suitable replacement as soon as we can.
